We’re a small team based on the Costa del Sol, and we built Link2Property because we kept seeing the same problem: people trying to research buying or renting property in this part of Spain, and finding nothing but agency listings and content written for search engines rather than human beings.
We thought someone should fix that.
Link2Property is an independent property and relocation guide for the Costa del Sol and Marbella area. We don’t represent any agency. We don’t have listings to push you towards. We’re just trying to write the most genuinely useful guide to property and life in this corner of Andalusia that we possibly can.
We research, write, and publish guides covering:
We cover Marbella, Nueva Andalucía, Benahavís, Estepona, Fuengirola, Mijas, Nerja, and the wider Costa del Sol.
We try to write the way a knowledgeable local friend would explain things to you over coffee — honestly, without the sales pitch, and with the awkward bits included. That means telling you about the taxes and fees that catch buyers by surprise. It means explaining that some areas marketed as “Marbella” are a 25-minute drive from the town. It means giving you real rental price ranges, not the aspirational ones.
We do accept sponsored content and advertising from local professionals — lawyers, mortgage brokers, estate agencies — but only from people we’d feel comfortable recommending to a friend, and always clearly labelled. Our editorial content is independent.
Link2Property is developed and maintained by the team at WeDesignMarbella, a web design and digital studio based in Marbella. We’ve been working with local businesses on the Costa del Sol for years, and the idea for this site grew out of conversations with clients and friends navigating the Spanish property market from abroad.
We’re not estate agents. We’re not lawyers. But we know people who are, and we’ll always point you in the right direction.
