Welcome to link2property.com! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and online application (the “Service”) provided by link2property.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service.
1. User Responsibility
By using our Service, you agree to take full responsibility for the content you upload to link2property.com, including but not limited to backlinks, titles, URLs, descriptions, category selections, and any images or photographs (collectively, the “Content”). You represent and warrant that:
- The Content you upload is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
- You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and display the Content, including any images, on our platform.
- The Content does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless link2property.com, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, or damages arising out of your uploaded Content, including any images.
1a. Images and License to Use
By submitting any image to link2property.com — whether via the property submission form, your agent account, or any other means — you confirm that you own the image or have the right to upload and license it, and you grant link2property.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, reproduce, resize, and use that image on the Website and in related marketing materials (including social media and promotional content), for as long as your listing remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for archival purposes.
link2property.com does not verify ownership or rights to uploaded images and accepts no responsibility or liability for any image submitted by users or agents, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use of a third party’s image. Any such claims are the sole responsibility of the uploading party. If you believe an image infringes your rights, please contact us at hello@link2property.com and we will review and remove it where appropriate.
2. Prohibited Content
link2property.com strictly prohibits the uploading of any content that:
- Promotes, supports, or contains explicit adult content or sexually explicit materials.
- Encourages or promotes gambling activities or websites.
- Violates any laws, regulations, or intellectual property rights.
- Contains harmful content such as viruses, malware, or malicious code.
- Promotes discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or violence.
- Uploading images you do not have the rights to use.
- Uploading images that depict identifiable private individuals without their consent.
Any content that violates these guidelines will be removed immediately, and your access to the Service may be terminated without notice.
3. Pricing and Packages
We offer the following plans for agents and businesses wishing to list properties, promote their agency, or contribute content to link2property.com:
- Free Agency Plan – For real estate agents and agencies
- 1 Agency profile listing
- Up to 12 property listings included
- Profile and listings active for 12 months from activation
- Standard directory placement
- Basic analytics
- Email support (Basic)
- Renewal required after 12 months to keep your Agency profile and included properties active; we will notify you in advance of expiry
- Additional Properties – Add-on for Free Agency Plan members
- €12 per additional property, per year
- Same listing features and visibility as included properties
- Active for 12 months from date of purchase
- Renewable annually; listings will be deactivated if not renewed before expiry
- Featured Agency Plan – €25/month or €250/year – For agencies wanting greater visibility
- Unlimited property listings
- Featured/priority placement in directory and search results
- Homepage feature rotation
- Advanced analytics dashboard
- Priority support
- Social media promotion
- Guest Post – €120 per post – For agencies, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and relocation specialists
- One published guest article related to real estate, property, or rentals on the Costa del Sol
- Includes a link to your company website
- Includes a link to your agency profile on link2property.com
- Includes a link to the relevant area guide(s)
- Includes a link to the relevant property listing(s) mentioned in the post
- Subject to editorial review — see Section 2 (Prohibited Content) and our editorial guidelines
- Once published, guest posts remain live indefinitely unless removed for a violation of these Terms; this is a one-off publishing fee, not a time-limited rental
Payment and Cancellation
link2property.com reserves the right to modify these plans, pricing, or their inclusions at any time, with changes effective upon posting to this page. Changes will not affect fees already paid for active listings, posts, or the current billing period.
Additional property fees and Guest Post fees are one-off, non-recurring charges. The Featured Agency Plan is billed monthly or annually as selected, in advance.
Additional property fees are non-refundable once the listing goes live. Guest Post fees are non-refundable once the post is published. Featured Agency Plan fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, but you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
4. User Account
In order to upload Content to the Service, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
5. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion, and any such changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
6. Termination of Access
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Service, and all licenses granted to you by these Terms will immediately end.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, link2property.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
